  2. Cornelia funke Conelia funke is an author of many books like inkheart,dragonheart,and when Santa fell to earth. She was born on 1958. When she was a child she wanted to be a pilot or a astronaut but she went with studying Pedagogy at the university of Hamburg. After finishing her studies She worked three years as a social worker. She also worked with some children from deprived backgrounds. She had a stint on illustrating books but starting to make her own books she then knew that she would be an author.

  3. Settings The first setting takes place in night sky a caravan flying with one single reindeer. On a terrible storm the caravan is moving with one man named Nicholas The second setting is in a town where he crashed and a shy boy named Ben walking with his friend and stumbled on the caravan. The final setting is in a wintery place called Yule land to get snow to bens town for a bet with his classmate.

  4. Characters Nikolas goodfellow is a good Santa unlike goblynch he brings happiness to children with the ultimate present snow. Emmanuel and Matilda are Christmas angels who listen to dreams and tell Nikolas goodfellow what children want Ben a shy child until he meets Nikolas goodfellow.

Plot When Nikolas goodfellow went on the caravan to escape the evil goblynch and crashed in a town where a boy named Ben who meets Nikolas goodfellow later in the story and starts to have an adventure to stop goblynch from getting rid of reindeer by turning them to salami. The elves who become extinct and goblynch who asks money from the families who's kids wanted presents.

  6. Conflict/Resolution. Nikolas goodfellow vs. Gerald goblynch. Nikolas wants Christmas with the elves reindeer and angels to make children's dream come true by giving them what they want but goblynch want parents to pay first for the toys for money. That creates a Santa showdown

  7. Theme The theme is that you should never be bad but always be good to others and not do things bad ways as it will always end up bad for you. Like goblynch ruined Christmas and got turned into chocolate.

  8. Personal book review The book is full of adventure and fun. It provides a nice story with a lot of adventure to help Nikolas goodfellow. action between the conflict the plot of the story is magnificent to read. It is awesome like inkheart.I would recommend this good book to a friend.
