PLAN OF HZ • HZ consists of 8 to 10 members report at 13 hrs. • Group members are engineering students with talent in EM. • Group divides into 5 divisions. • 14.00 -16.00 hrs ,the division wise activities are as follows. • Division1: Choreographers will teach easy dances to volunteers from NIT’ens and families(14.00-16.00)

PLAN OF HZ • Division 2: Choreographers will teach fashion show to volunteers from NIT’ens and families(14.00-16.00) • Division 3: Directors will teach music skit & mime show to volunteers from NIT’ens and families(14.00-16.00) • Division 4:Songs Medlay-Mile sure tumaraDirectors will teach Medlayto volunteers from NIT’ens and families(14.00-16.00)

PLAN OF HZ • Division 5: Stage arrangement coordination work with resort staff. • Programme: • 14.00-16.00 hrs : preparation for gala night with divisions of HZ. • 16.00-18.00hrs: Evening break. • 18.00 hrs assembling for gala night. • 18.00-19.30: Ice breaker games/Team games/Informal introductions(prizes by HZ)

  5. PLAN OF HZ • 19.30: Grand cultural show begins. • Classical dance by noted artist ms.Aparajita from HZ(3 min). • The grand fashion show by NIT guys/ ladies/ couples. (10 min) • Hip Hop by HZ(3min). • Musical skit by NIT guys(5min). • Dance by NIT guys and families(2.5 min) • Medley of Bollywood dancers from HZ(3 min)

  6. PLAN OF HZ • 19.30: Grand cultural show begins. • Dance by NIT guys and families (2.5min). • Mime skit by NIT guys. (5 min) • Dance by NIT guys and families (2.5min). • Medley of Colly wood dancers from HZ(3 min) • Mile surtumara- candle lights will be exchanged by forming circles and igniting the light of friendship. • Dances will continue . Endurance is eternal

  7. Assistance Required from SJ OC • Stage with preferred ramp of minimum size 3feet width and 6 feet length. • Lighting arrangements for stage • Audio system to play CD’S/Pen drives. • Dinner for HZ members. • Flexi Cloth back ground at stage.

  8. HZ Sponsoring cost-Rs.50,000/- • The cost of travel of group from Chennai to Hyderabad and back. • The Cost of stay and local transport. • The Cost of costumes for HZ. • The Cost of props for performances. • The Cost of gifts for game winners. • The cost of services to train NIT guys and families. • The cost of services for performances by HZ.
