Salient Features of Bangkok Hospital – Chiangmai LEED Certification การเลือกใช้งานระบบประหยัดพลังงาน : 1. ลดค่าการใช้พลังงานได้ 25% จากค่าการใช้พลังงานตามกรณีอ้างอิงของมาตรฐาน ASHRAE 90.1-2007 โดยติดตั้ง •กระจก Low-E • ระบบ VSD และ VAV • ระบบทำน้ำร้อนโดยใช้พลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ 2. ประหยัดน้ำได้ 20% จากปริมาณการใช้น้ำตามกรณีอ้างอิงของ LEED 3. เพิ่มปริมาณอากาศ Fresh Air 30% เมื่อเทียบกับเกณฑ์มาตรฐานโดยระบบระบายอากาศเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน ASHRAE 170-2008, “Ventilation for Healthcare Facilities” 4. 50% ของจำนวนผู้ใช้อาคารสามารถควบคุมระดับอุณหภูมิในการใช้งานของแต่ละบุคคล เพื่อส่งเสริมสภาวะน่าสบาย 5. เลือกใช้ระบบแสงสว่างเป็นประเภทหลอด LED เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการประหยัดพลังงาน การเพิ่มคุณภาพสภาวะแวดล้อมภายในอาคาร: มีการตรวจวัดปริมาณค่าระดับ CO2 อย่างต่อเนื่องในพื้นที่ใช้งานหนาแน่นเช่น OPDWaiting Area, Cafeteria การลดมลพิษภายนอกเข้าสู่ตัวอาคารโดยใช้ประตูสองชั้นและออกแบบให้ช่องทางเข้าได้รับแรงดันอากาศที่สามารถป้องกันฝุ่นละอองเข้าสู่ภายในอาคาร VAV VSD
