  2. Strengths I found myself expert at describing function of each nutrient I read questions carefully and justified key words from them After I finish the paper, I looked through it again and checked if I made mistakes

  3. Questions answered well Biologic questions such as skeleton, muscle, respiration, and circulation Questions about function of each nutrient such as carbohydrate, protein, fat, water, fibre, minerals, and vitamins. Questions that ask for definition: define social health

  4. Positive percentage of section Section A- 16/25 = 80% (Body system)

  5. Topics that I am confident in Circulation Respiration Skeleton Muscle Health and Fitness Effect on performances

  6. Weakness I found myself poor at reasoning. This is due to lack of knowledge (drugs) Sometimes, it is hard for me to think of any example to support my idea Lack of time management during the exam

  7. Questions answered poorly Questions on use of drugs Questions on factors of holding events Questions about plyometric training

  8. Negative percentage of section Section B2: 10/20=50% (Health, safety and training)

  10. Plan for improvement In order to improve, I need to focus on memorizing all sort of drugs and their uses and side-effect. Do as many past papers as possible to get used to its format. Read the questions carefully and answer relevantly. Use ilearn to review all the key definition Read a text book thoroughly for base knowledge

  11. SMARTER GOAL SMARTER stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Time bound, Exciting, Recorded. S- study topics on drugs M-study past papers and check number of correct answer A-read textbook for 30min everyday for week and do one past paper on Saturday R-Targeting at least 80% above. T- final exam is on may 16th. So I have 7 weeks to do 7 past papers. E-Use various colors of highlighters to emphasize the key phrases so that it is easier for me to remember them. Eg, Pink, Blue, Green R- Record number of correct and wrong answer for each paper and which topics are covered well.
