Decorate all plastered surfaces above the main floor of St. Lawrence to include sanctuary, nave, balcony, and narthax, not stairways or vestibules. 23kt gold leaf to be applied in different locations within the church. With mural of God the Father receiving His Son, the bid would be $178,380, which includes the fiberglass covering of the large cracks. Without the mural, deduct $10,000. Additional $28,310 to fiberglass all large flat wall and ceiling surfaces with an 18 mil thick polymer coat. All large cracks will be routed out, caulked and covered with fiberglass mesh. Large “living” cracks may reappear, but this is the best procedure to prevent any recurrence.
