Internship Objectives • To gain further knowledge of TRISTAR and understand how it operates on a day by day basis. • To be able to do every aspect there is in the Logistics Department. • To learn more about Product Development and Event Management to a lesser extent than that of Logistics, but still be competent in the fields.

  4. Daily Activities • Authentications • Shipping • Meetings every Tuesday and Wednesday • Packaging Trading Cards • Setting Travel Schedules for Celebrities • Working with Product Development • Random odd-jobs around the office

  7. Project Description • I worked with Product Development on our Minor League Baseball Trading Card product and assessed our major strengths and weaknesses versus our top competition, Bowman. In conclusion, Bowman was found to be using more “hits” in their upcoming 2010 product and I found out the understanding behind why we won’t be increasing our “hit” count.

  8. Site Evaluation I gave this site a rating of 4 stars because of its ability to provide most everything that they promised in the presentation that they gave. I think that while the Summer was a fun time to intern because of the NSCC in Cleveland, that they didn’t always have enough for me to do around the office, or the work that I would receive would be routine and monotonous. Overall though, the internship presents you multiple opportunities to get involved with a lot of different aspects of an organization, and the people you meet and the places you go seem to make up for the sometimes slow work.
