Interaction Analysis of Exogenous TSG-3 and Endogenous GGA Proteins in Cellular Processes

This study investigates the interaction between the exogenous protein TSG-3 and endogenous GGA proteins (GGA1, GGA2, GGA3). We analyze the merging dynamics of these proteins with various cellular components including Vps4EQ, TGN46, and GM130. The correlation coefficients obtained reveal significant relationships among the proteins, with GGA3 displaying a high correlation (R=0.81±0.14) in its interactions. These findings contribute to the understanding of protein interactions in cellular trafficking and suggest potential pathways for further research into their functional implications.
