  2. Welcome to the 2009 season of Pope Baseball. We are looking forward to another great season playing in the most competitive region (Region 6 AAAAA) in the state of Georgia. The Pope Baseball Program has achieved continued success as a result of many factors including a strong commitment from a group of young men who love the game and desire to reach their potential; a top notch, dedicated and stable coaching staff; parents who give their time and money to ensure the best possible environment for the boys; a school administration who fully supports our program and realizes the contribution that Pope Baseball makes in providing a well rounded educational experience; and finally our generous Sponsors for which we know that none of this would happen without your unwavering support of Pope Baseball. We have assembled this packet that we hope helps you get to know us better. Further there is information about Pope High School (one of the top public high schools in Georgia) and demographic data regarding our families at Pope. It also goes into why we have such a need to raise sponsorship dollars and the different levels of sponsorship available. We encourage you to please review this material, ask any questions of us that you want and seriously consider partnering with Pope Baseball this season. We respect the fact that you probably receive other requests from organizations in need of financial assistance. Your business has been identified as one that cares about our community and that you provide superior products and/or services that have seen Pope Families frequent and become repeat customers of your organization. What separates us is that we truly understand this is a partnership and we expect you to receive a maximum benefit for your investment in Pope Baseball. That is why we provide you with sponsorship packages that put you right in the middle of the exciting Pope Baseball season, recognizes our sincere appreciation to you, and last but certainly not least maximizes your company’s name and exposure to the entire Pope High School Community and the thousands of people from around metro Atlanta who visit Pope High School throughout the entire year. Please look over this material. We will be back in contact with you soon. Thank you for taking the time to learn about Pope Baseball and your consideration to support a fine group of young people involved with Pope Baseball.
