What specific benefits can the stakeholders realize? market opportunity: industry analysis, is there an entry point? what opportunities can be realized? team description: why are you the right team to address this need? • a good application… • Focuses on addressing a real need • Narrow, but relevant scope • Personable to the team • Highlights economic opportunity • Has a team that is mission-driven, not solution-driven • Balances text with well-researched exhibits
