Due to the daily use its useful to decrease life time by a shell. • To increase the useful life time, a shell preserves the value of your smartphone in a long term. Our company wants to produce qualitative Smartphone covers • Production of smarthphone covers. • Product available in different colors also fluorescent colors. • Ensure full operability. (touchscreen, sidewise touch, camera, headset, USB) • Made in Germany quality for an affordable price. Market analysis

Facts and figures Smartphone • In the first quarter of 2013 for the first time the sales figures of smartphones exceeded the sales figures of regular mobile phones. • According to a prognosis of the market research institution IDC for the first time in 2013 over 1 billion smartphones were sold worldwide. This corresponds an increase of 40 % towards 2012. • 2017 the market should reached a volume of 1,7 billion devices. • The average price of a smarthphone (currently about $317 = 231€ IDC-Information) could fall in four to five years to a lower price of 200$. Smartphone Sales in Germany • Apple and Samsung are the dominating players on the Smartphone Market in Germany. • According to a survey with 4 network operators and providers the Iphone 5S as well as the devices Samsung Galaxy S3 and S4 are the most sold devices in 2013. • In quantities Samsung is the number one smarpthone producer. • Currently Apple‘s Iphone 5S is the most sold smartphone worldwide. Survey Since there are no statistics for smartphone covers, we started a survey on facebook with 100 smartphone users: Questions: • Which smartphone do you have, from which producer? • Have you bought a cover for your smartphone? • How much money are you willing to pay for a cover? The survey results indicated an average price of 12.50€ Almost half of the interviewee own a Samsung smartphone followed by apple and nokia devices. 4 of 5 interviewee have bought smartphone covers .   7. Production • The production will focus on the models of samsung and apple, since these devices cover a market share of 60% on the german mobile phone market and are also worldwide leaders • The prodcution will cover the Galaxy models of samsung and Apple’s Iphone 4 and 5. Production
