  2. Mainly There are three types of yoga garments made with cotton , synthetics and cotton manufactured mixes. Each of these materials have advantages and disadvantages.

  3. Cotton • Cotton is a breathable material • It absorbs sweat and is thin • It dries out quickly • It can reflect sunlight easily

  4. Polyester Polyester is non breathable It donot absorb water much quickly it takes time to dry out

  5. Synthetics Synthetics are a mix of polyester and cotton and other fabrics so they are • stretchable and flexible • Dry out easily • Durable • Helpful in all movements • Suitable for all seasons
