  3. Who Needs to Requalify? Supervisors & Qualified Producers If you became a Fully Qualified Supervisor or Qualified Producer on or before February 2010, you must complete your requalification by January 31, 2011. FQS QP REQUALIFICATION PERIOD! Jan. 31, 2010 Feb. 1, 2010 Nov. 1, 2009 Mar. 1, 2009 Jan. 31, 2011 FQS=Fully Qualified Supervisor QP=Qualified Producer

  5. Three ways to requalify as Supervisorbetween February 1 and January 31: Achieve 4,000 Volume Points in one month, with 1,000 Unencumbered Volume Points. Achieve 2,500 Volume Points in each of two consecutive months, with 1,000 Unencumbered Volume Points each month. Accumulate 4,000 Unencumbered Volume Points at any time during the requalification period. Using method #3, your downline Supervisor lineages will be moved to the next upline Supervisor – but you will retain your non-Supervisor downline and your 50% buying privileges. Note: As a Supervisor, you must also keep your annual processing fee (APF) current.

  6. What is Unencumbered Volume? Unencumbered Volume is volume NOT being used by anyone in your personal organization to qualify as Supervisor. This volume is considered unencumbered to you, so you can use this volume toward your Supervisor requalification. This volume is considered encumbered to you, so you cannot use this volume toward your Supervisor requalification. YOU 2,500 Volume Points by Distributor A toward the first month of a 2-month Supervisor qualification. 400 Volume Points by Distributor B is not being used toward Supervisor qualification.   7. Supervisors, if you don’t requalify… • You fall back to 35% buying privilege in February 2011 • Your status becomes Senior Consultant • You will lose any downline Supervisor lineages to your next upline Supervisor, but keep your non-Supervisor downline

How to Requalify as a Qualified Producer The requalification requirements are the same as the initial qualification: • Personally Purchase 2,500 Volume Points in sales within 1 to 3 volume months during the requalification period (Feb 1 to Jan 31) Note: Qualified Producers must also ensure their annual processing fee (APF) is current.

Qualified Producers, if you don’t requalify… • You fall back to 35% buying privilege in February • Your status becomes Senior Consultant February 2011 January 2011 FQS Z 50% FQS Z 50% SC A 35% QP A 42% B 25% B 25% “A” is demoted to Senior Consultant level at 35% - No longer eligible to earn 17% Wholesale Profit on “B” Qualified Producer “A” did not requalify in one to three months
