In 2014, attention will focus on health care transformation: • To identify family medicine physicians as uniquely qualified to provide a breath of patient care services. • To recognize the present time of health care transformation as valuing family medicine physicians. • To discover that the “family” of family medicine yields a sense of belonging and support to students and family medicine residents. www.aafp.org/nc

Posters are selected based on their originality, relevance to family medicine, and clarity of communication. Presentations must be of value to and within the scope of family medicine.   9. Scholarships Be recognized for your passion and talent as a future family physician. Apply for one of 200 available scholarships to attend National Conference.
