Music/Mcing • Hip hop is a form of musical expression and artistic subculture that originated in African-American and Hispanic-American communities during the 1970s in New York City, specifically the Bronx ‘Wikipedia’ • Today Mcing is not called mcing anymore its just called rap. The same form of music just a different name • Rap is the most looked at when is comes to hip-hop • The rapper was just a hype man for the Dj before the rapper was the center of attention

  4. Bboying • Bboying also known as BREAKDANCING is a type of dance that I know through most urban areas of the world • Break dancing is usually done with a team or solo • Bboying / break dancing is wide spread across the world

  5. Graffiti • Graffiti is the use of spray paint, markers, paint to express one art work • Graffiti is consider vandalism • You can find graffiti any where in a urban area • During the 60’s and 70’ graffiti was mostly seen on trains

  6. Djing • Dj also known as Disc Jockey • Dj’s were the people at the parties playing the music • Dj’s use turn tables to spin the record the they would play • Scratching is a form of Djing that Dj do to make to song sound a lot better • Today Dj's act as the hype man for the rapper
