  2. Be Proactive Wrestling Be ready, if your not ready to be proactive walk away and if you cant defend yourself in a positive way, take action.

  3. Keep The End In Mind • I want to join WWE or pro boxing in the future.

  4. First Things First • Grappling in wrestling is like grappling life, you have to learn the basics, like in wrestling The Boston Crab is a starter grapple move, but in life you must grapple with your emotions and feelings.

  5. Think Win, Win • You have to think before you act, in wrestling if you don’t think ahead you have a high chance of losing, same in life, if you don’t think ahead you wont succeed. You have to be wise and plan for your future.

  6. Seek First To Understand Then To Be Understood • If you need help in wrestling for blocking or kicking you need to ask for help or you wont figure it out the right way, as in life if you need help with something you seek someone who can help you with your problems.

  7. Synergy • Synergy in wrestling is tag teaming. If your in a match when its you vs. two other opponents, you will most likely lose, unless you have a ally or friend to help you out. In life its hard to go through it when your alone and hard to accomplish things but if you have a friend beside you, you will most likely succeed.

  8. Sharpen The Saw You need to practice your moves in wrestling, and in life you need to practice your everyday skills to make them better.
