Unternehmer Kunde Urteil: Bittet ein Endverbraucher auf einer vorgedruckten Anforderungskarte um Übersendung von Prospektmaterial, wobei er die vorgesehene Zeile „Telefonnummer“ ausfüllt, so kann ein konkludentes Einverständnis in die telefonische Kontaktaufnahme zu dem Einsender angenommen werden.
