Lab Clothing and Safety Tips • While in a lab you should have the following clothing, safety goggles, lab apron, and close toed shoes. • Some safety tips is to tie long hair in ponytail or tie it back , and don’t wear any clothes that you wouldn’t like to get messed up during a lab dealing with chemicals.

  3. Fire Safety • Fire safety is very important, because if you don’t listen to them you could end up in serious danger. • Never keep an open flame left without someone watching it. If not the school could end up like this.

  4. Chemical Safety • Chemical safety is important also because there are many different types of chemicals that can harm you. • Some of the most dangerous chemicals are, acid, chlorine, and methane.

  5. Lab Procedures • It is important to follow lab procedures because if you don’t you could harm yourself and others. • If you do follow them though you won’t get hurt, you’ll make better grades, and everyone will love you. • Most importantly listen to to teachers instructions
