Stand4All public website • An EU web address has been secured:www.stand4all.eu • Technically based on XHTML, CSS, WAI-ARIA and a limited number of images • The website is fully accessible as it meets the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 level AA(full details in our final report) • All pages are available in English, German and French • Great care has been given to the link section so that any reader gets easy access to a large amount of related information

  8. Website • Due to its technical simplicity it can be changed, modified and extended easily • It can also be moved easily to an other server • K.U.Leuven will maintain its content minimally for one year after the project end

Trainee network • Stand4All wants to keep the momentum of the trainings going • Two major goals: • to stay in contact with the trainees and • to permit information exchange between the trainees themselves • A web based social network should be used, but it must be an accessible one! • K.U.Leuven has checked the usability and accessibility of several possible solutions:Ning, SocialGo, BigTent, Groupsite, WackWall, Hermes & Moodle (= our e-learning platform)

E-LEARNING module (1) • The training material developed by STAND4ALL is to be put in the public domain • The purpose is to make it possible for other groups (e.g. a national standardisation body) to organise trainings similar to our own after the end of the project • Support of TU Dortmund University was secured, both for the development of the e-learning module as for its maintenance

  11. E-LEARNING module (2) • Our module is based on open source software MOODLE • MOODLE developers always have paid a lot of attention to accessibility • We use it for “blended” learning, i.e. as a support to face-to-face courses • The platform also permits to set up our trainee network
