Delta Dental PPOSM Dual Network Offering • Two contracted networks for the price of one • Students can visit: • A Delta Dental PPOSM dentist • A Delta Dental Premier® dentist or • A dentist who does not participate with Delta Dental • All network dentists agree to contracted fees • Reimbursement is based on dentist’s network participation status
