  13. SHIP Plan Facts The Graduates’ Delta Dental group # 4633 The Undergraduates’ Delta Dental group # 5364 ID Cards will be issued with an assigned 800 identification number. This 800 identification number will also be student’s medical plan ID number UCSB campus dental center dentists are in the process of contracting with Delta Dental as PPO providers
