A revised 2nd draft has just been provided to Navistar for review. Operating and Parts Manual
More thorough integration of DND staff in the design process would have been beneficial. • More thorough discussions of operational functions from COTS to MilCOTS system would have been beneficial. • Cooperating with Navistar was absolutely necessary to work with a large customer like DND. They provided solid engineering and management advice necessary for a project of this size to unfold. • The assistance that Navistar and DEW Engineering provided was very helpful in resolving issues.
