  4. Habitat In this category you will be learning about the beta fishes habitat • It lives in Thailand,Peninsulan,Malaysia and Cambodia • All betas like or can live in low water

  5. adaptations The betas adaptations are • They puff up to mate and impress females • Use their fins to show agressiveness • Organ (labyrinth) helps it to absorb oxygen directly from the air, so it can live in low water with low oxygen levels • Bright colors attract females

  6. Would a beta make a good pet I think a beta would make a good pet because: • it is easy to care for and doesn't need much care • It doesn't need much space • It is not very expensive • They are neat to watch
