Housekeeping • Fire exits • Evacuation maps are posted on the walls • Primary exit is up the stair case to the left as you exit the conference room and out the doors to the parking lot • Secondary exit is through glass doors, straight ahead, up the stairs and out the doors to the parking lot • The garage is our meeting point • Follow fire captain

Housekeeping Set to Vibrate Please • Restrooms • Near the Coffee Break area • At top of the stairs and turn left • Mobile phones • Please set your cell phone to vibrate • No smoking • No smoking inside the building • Designated smoking areas available outside in the pavilion located near the garage • Please ask staff for directions

  11. Computer Demo Stations • Two computer demonstration stations are available in the break area • One with the new SAE Website • One with the SAE Standards Works • Please ask a member of staff to help with any questions

Time from WIP to Publication Discussion • Objective: Learn how to keep projects moving forward from initiation to publication by utilizing the document process • Expected Outcome: A clear understanding of all steps involved in the document process • Review each step in the process flow chart • Identify issues • Suggest changes • Where do committees have questions?
