  19. Recommendations... • Set the event setup team as an independent team • Executive committee to agree on events for 2010 • All teams to be ready based on the list • Communication system between computer operator and sound system manager • Manage kids by age group • New Laptop

  22. We need to consciously seek ways of improving and simplifying our events. Keep short and simple
