  2. Execution QRM Executive Summary • The project has continued to progress well – a lot of success has been achieved by the Project Team since our last review. • There are no major issues or risks identified at this point but there are items that the Project Management and Leadership should continue to monitor, manage and resolve to ensure a successful project. • The Project Charter which defines project scope and the project governance is being followed by the Project Managers and the Project Teams. • There continues to be proactive communication to the various stakeholder groups in the College. • A Change Management framework is being developed which will help guide the College in implementing those changes which will have impacts on the organization and/or the people at the College. • The four Project Teams – Financials, Student Administration, HR/Payroll and Technical - are completing deliverables in accordance with the workplan. • There needs to be ongoing work to make sure the teams are effectively communicating at all times because of the high degree of inter-dependency which exists in a complex project like this. • The team morale continues to be strong at this point and there is a lot of enthusiasm for making this project a success

The tech team’s workload will begin to spike in Jan. G Project Planning and Control Good morale. Cross communication between the various teams is a focus now of the PMO. There may be individuals who are pressured to do their “old” job while undertaking their role on the project, ongoing monitoring is required by the PM’s.
