  3. Announcements • Meeting times proposed for Use Case 2 Workstreams • Notes from the Use Case 2 calls posted on Data Model page

Provider Directories - Summary of Weekly Accomplishments Use Case 1 Sub-Workgroup Accomplishments Use Case 2 Sub-Workgroup Accomplishments • Sub-workgroup leads committed to leading selected standard work (LDAP, HPD, and X12) • Work began to define entries on data elements definition, data type, and occurrence. • Established preliminary meeting times for the following SWG work streams: • Microdata • LDAP x.500 • IHE HPD • X12N 274 • Substantive progress was made in coming to an informal consensus regarding the DNS/ LDAP hybrid approach • Work completed on Implementation guidelines for publishing and discovering LDAP services using DNS SRV Record. SWG will review work on the next call. • Sub-Workgroup recommendations can be accessed here

Use Case 1 - Sub-Workgroup Update Accomplishments • Progress was made in coming to an informal consensus regarding the DNS/ LDAP hybrid approach • Recommendations that were reviewed by the group can be accessed here • Statements in green have reached informal consensus, statements in blue are comments to address as a group, and black statements have yet to be reviewed Next Steps • Provide commentary regarding LDAP X.500 Recommendation Review • Provide commentary regarding UML Classifier X.500 LDAP diagram • Continue to review the review the proposed Harmonization Statement for Query for Digital Certificate Use Case for Direct Project Use Case • Develop implementation guidance

Use Case 2 - Sub-Workgroup Update Accomplishments • Doodle polls were administered and aggregated to determine SWG meeting times • Work began as a full workgroup to define entries in the data element (definition , data type, and occurrences) • Four sub-workgroups have been established and assigned leads to analyze and map the respective standard to data elements from Use Case 2 (Microdata, LDAP X.500, IHE HPD, X12N 274) Next Steps • Continue defining data elements & capturing their definition/data type/ occurrences • Begin parsing out work within sub-workgroups to evaluate the dataset mapping • Identify additional volunteers (perhaps from other industries) with more relevant experience • Sub- workgroup leads need to be determined for Microdata • Review data model spreadsheet modified by SWG leads

Volunteer Lead: TBD Use Case 2: Microdata Workstream Accomplishments: • Proposed SWG Meeting Time: Wednesdays from 3:00pm - 4:00pm EST • Committed Volunteers: Bob Dieterle, Ken Pool, John Moehrke , Lin Wan, Lester Keepper, Ernest Grove, Vince Lewis Next Steps • Preliminary workplan identified: • Bing/schema.org team: reviews and provides feedback on existing mapping spreadsheet • S&I team: Creates an extension of the schema.org ontologies • Bing/schema.org team: reviews and provides feedback on the extension(s) • S&I team: Creates a mockup of a provider page using the extended schema • Bing team: Creates the consumer search experience page • S&I team: creates the Javascript to parse and render the microdata

Volunteer Lead: Gail Kocher Use Case 2 - X12N 274 Workstream Accomplishments: • Proposed SWG Meeting Time: Fridays from10:00am - 11:00am EST • Committed Volunteers: Bob Dieterle, Ken Pool, Gail Kocher, Jeff Ice, Ernest Grove, Rachel Foerster Next Steps • Establish sub-workgroup meeting times • Begin parsing out work to evaluate the dataset mapping • Does the SWG have enough expertise in the X12 arena to adequately map standards? • Contact Gail Kocher to solicit additional volunteers
