APF-Cleaner • Prevents fat and crust build-up in pump sumps • Reduces the need for de-sludging and manual maintenance • Can be retrofit into existing stations that need frequent manual cleaning • Small dimensions and DIN-rail hold makes APF easy to fit into cabinets • Works as assisting controller to primary control system • Suitable for single or dual pump stations

  4. APF-Cleaner By pumping down to the lowest level: • Grease and solids on the surface are pumped away • Increased turbulence creates suspension • Residual water volume after stop is minimal The number of cleaning cycles per 24-hour period, is preset on the front

  5. APF-Cleaner A cleaning cycle is manually inititated by depressing pushbutton“Clean”on the front Lamp “Cleaning next cycle”is lit to acknowledge (Cleaning then takes place the next time a pump is started by the primary controller)
