  1. Employee Purchase Program (EPP) Setup and Administration The Employee Purchase Program, commonly referred to as EPP, provides a simplified method for your employees to purchase products from CDW at your organization’s level pricing. This module provides the easy setup options for the EPP. PLEASE NOTE: This presentation includes sound.

  2. Setup begins with choosing between two validation methods. The first method, authorize by employee email address or domain requires little to no administration after the initial setup. After the Activate EPP is selected, PLEASE NOTE: This presentation includes sound.

  3. This page displays for entering in email domains or individual addresses that verifies the employees eligibly by sending an email with a temporary password to the approved address with a temporary password. The administrator may add as many domains and addresses as required. This example allows all users with the domain of organizational domain.com and sue@google and Jimmy@gmail to register.   5. The other method of verification is choosing individuals to authorize employees. Activating this verification… PLEASE NOTE: This presentation includes sound.

  7. Adds the authorizer and allows for other authorizers to be entered. Using this method, once the employee places an order, an email is sent to the selected authorizer. The authorizer just needs to click approved or denied on the email. Once a decision is selected the system notifies the employee with an email. Continuing….   8. The administration selects when and if authorization will be required again. No expiration only checks verification on the first request. 3, 6 or 12 months will re-verify after an order is placed that exceeds the selected time frame from the last verification.   9. Completes the EPP authorizers option. An introduction sheet is provided for you to give to your employees explaining the CDW Employee Purchase Program and how to they gain access to it.
