  3. M&L covers all regular employees from the day they join HP • The new HP Medical Plan covers the employee family members at no cost for the employee Medical & Life Insurance Plan

  4. Covers all REGULAR employees as of the 1st of the month following his/her employment date as regular employee • HP covers the entire program cost (No employee contribution) • Contribution: • 1% of monthly Salary for up to IKA ceiling and • 6% for part of monthly salary above IKA ceiling Pension Plan (defined contribution)

  5. Benefit • The lump sum accumulated in the employee account until he/she goes on normal retirement • % of the lump sum accumulated in the employee account if the employee leaves HP before normal retirement • Years CompletedBenefit • Up to 5 years 0% • 5 years 20% • 6 years 40% • 7 years 60% • 8 years 80% • 9 years and above 100% Pension Plan (defined contribution)

  6. First calendar year in HP: proportion of 20 Days • Second calendar year in HP: 21 Days (provided that the employee works for the entire year) • Third calendar year in HP: 22 days • Completion of 7 years in HP: 24 Days (HP Offer) • Completion of 8 years in HP: 26 Days (HP Offer) • Completion of 12 years in any employer: 25 days • In case of working for more than 5 hours during Saturday or 2 hours during Sunday/public holiday: 1 day off (not applicable for Managers and quota bearing employees) Vacation / Time off

Vacation / Time off (cont.) • Students: max 10 paid days/year for exams + 20 non paid days during exam period • Witness/presence in Court: 1 day • Compassionate Leave: 3 days maximum in case of a relative’s death • Competing in major sporting events as member of a national team: maximum 10 days per year • Unpaid Leave: in exceptional circumstances after consuming legal vacation and days off

  8. Vacation / Time off (cont.) • Marriage: 5 Days • Motherhood: 17 weeks (8 weeks before the birth & 9 weeks after) - Maternity Hours: If the 6 months aren't taken, the employee has the option to take 64 Fridays or Mondays instead of reduced daily hours. If the 6 months are taken, the employee has the option to take 36 Fridays or Mondays (HP Offer) • Paternity leave: 2 days in case of a birth • Dependent Care Leave (In case an employee’s child or spouse is ill): 6 days per year (one child), 8 days per year (2 children), 10 days (more than 2 children) • Children’s School Performance: 4 days (some hours during each day) per year only for one of the two parents • Relocation of permanent residence: 2 days (HP Offer)

  9. Overtime Policy • +80% pay on hourly rate for overtime after 17.00 • + 25% pay on hourly rate for Standby • + 75% pay on hourly rate for overtime Sunday/Holiday • + 25% pay on hourly rate for overtime nights • 1 day off in case of working for more than 5 hours during Saturday or 2 hours during Sunday/public holiday

  10. All transportation and accommodation expenses are covered by the company • Per diem allowance: 1% of Gross Salary for every night spent away from permanent Residence. Allowance is paid through payroll • Days Off: 1 day off for every night spent away from permanent residence during weekends or public holidays because of business needs (to be used within 3 months) Travel Policy

  11. Involves courses not provided internally (HP scheduled curriculum) • Specific Courses linked to employee Development needs • Courses linked to Business needs • Manager’s justified request / HR approval • HP contribution varies from 50% to 80% of tuition fees Educational Assistance

  12. Employee EligibilityThis policy applies to all HP HELLAS E.P.E and HP Cyprus L.T.D. employees (permanent, ITW’s and ETW’s)“ • All purchases in the program have 20% discount • Vouchers that each eligible employee will receive annually by HP Hellas and be provided from HR. Vouchers can be used only in designated stores. Employee Purchase Plan (EPP)

  13. Employee coordinated club for social/fun, team building activities • Monthly Contribution: • 9 Euros for member with no children • 10.5 Euros for Family • Coordinates employee groups with common interests/hobbies (mini Soccer, basketball, mountainBike, enduro etc) • HP Club Committee organizes employees Xmas Party (funded 100% by HP) HP Club

  14. Lunch Coupons: 2 euros per working day (n/a for Cyprus) • Wedding Gift: 800 Euros • Xmas Party: • - Employees with spouses/escorts • - Children Party Other Benefits
