  16. PDWsMark Martinko We sponsored or co-sponsored 16 PDWs, taking the lead on 6, including Cognition in the Rough, Causal Mapping, and Blogging for Management Scholars. We collaborated with at least 20 divisions/IGs for the PDW program. The wide variety of topics included: methods for unlocking creative insight, managing change, writing ethnographic tales, questionnaire development, content analysis, cultural intelligence, learning from rare events, complexity and social networking, and researching mindfulness in organizations.

The 2009 Program • 15 Jointly-sponsored symposia • 4 Solo/lead sponsored symposia • 1 Showcase symposium • 14 Paper presentation sessions • 28 Visual papers selected • 28 Papers selected for interactive presentations Covers a wide range of topics: ‘Team Learning’, ‘Cognitive, Affective and Behavioral Processes in Leadership’, ‘Information Processing and Sensemaking in Crises and Uncertainty’, and ‘Knowledge, Expertise, Creativity and Innovation’
