  16. PDWsMark Martinko We sponsored or co-sponsored 16 PDWs, taking the lead on 6, including Cognition in the Rough, Causal Mapping, and Blogging for Management Scholars. We collaborated with at least 20 divisions/IGs for the PDW program. The wide variety of topics included: methods for unlocking creative insight, managing change, writing ethnographic tales, questionnaire development, content analysis, cultural intelligence, learning from rare events, complexity and social networking, and researching mindfulness in organizations.
