ECONOMIC VALUE the POSITIONAL VALUE (P) depends on several factors: • GARDENS • URBAN QUALITY • ACCESSIBILITY • SOCIAL CONTEST • POLLUTION • SHOPS • SOCIAL SERVICE • … we call “x” these factors Then for example the factor “garden” is x1, the factor “urban quality” is x2, etc. Each factor can more or less influences the Positional Value of the area.
