  2. What is a unit? It is a type of medium-density housing that is usually found in Australia and New Zealand.

DifferencebetweenaunitandaHouse A house is an individual dwelling occupied by families or a single person, they are not joined, they are owned outright by individuals and usually have a mortgage loan on the home. If you own a home you own the outside and land the house sits on, you are responsible for the exterior of the home, roof, siding, driveway and landscaping.Unit is a small house.

  5. UNIT1 • This has 2 bedroom, both rooms with built inrobes. Open plan living with reverse cycle heating and cooling.

  6. Features include 2 good sized bedrooms, both with BIRs.
