E1 E1 PSAX E1 SMS/MMS E1 Data Switching Ring-back Tones As an integrated, full-service wireless telecommunications provider, Blue Sky will provide a unified 3rd generation platform that brings together all types of networks and services. This combination provides access to all services regardless of type for the most efficient use of infrastructure. ILD Voice Carriers Other PSTN Carriers C&W PSTN Voice Switching Public Switched Data Network Blue Sky CDMA Type C2 Cellular Network Diagram Grand Cayman Tower co-location will be utilized where ever possible in order to re-use existing infrastructure and limit the construction of new towers on island. Value added services such as Voice Mail, MMS, BREW, etc. will be implemented in order to provide local and roamers with the latest 3G services on the market. Voice Mail C5, C7 (E1/SDH) BREW Voice Switching LBS E1 E1 PSAX E1 SMS/MMS E1 Data Switching Ring-back Tones Transport will be performed using a MW backbone owned by Blue Sky and implemented island wide, as well as, via fiber where applicable. All voice and data traffic will be processed within the CDMA wireless network. Voice calls will be processed on the Lucent 5ESS, and data sessions will be routed to and handled by the EVDO network. Both voice and data services are dealt with in the same spectrum, and provide the most secure and efficient use of spectrum. Curacao End user will utilize CDMA (ANSI-41) based protocols in order to gain access to both voice and data services.
