    2: Histria LZ, 10 anos, branca, natural do Paran QD: Dor em quadril esquerdo h 5 meses. HMA: Paciente comeou a apresentar dores na articulao coxo-femural esquerda h 5 m. A dor foi progressiva, at incapacitar a deambulao da paciente. Perda importante de peso 12 Kg em 4 m. EF: REG, CHAAAE FR- 22 Emagrecida MV + sem RA BRNF em 2T sem sopro Abdmen inocente Dor importante a movimentao do MIE com limitao da movimentao do mesmo. Pulsos perifricos +, perfuso perifrica presente.

    3: Exames de Entrada: Hb 10,9 Ht 33% Leuco 6600 (Segmentados 54%, Bastonetes 1%, Linfcitos 34%, Moncitos 9%, Eosinfilos 2%) Realizado radiografia de quadril e MIE e RNM de pelve e MMII

    7: HD: Osteomielite Crnica Tumor de Ewing

    8: Diagnstico: Foi isolado S. aureus em hemocultura sensvel a Oxacilina. O tratamento com Oxacilina 200 mg/Kg/dia
