JQ1S and JQ1R Activity on Latently Infected T Cell Clones: Fold Activation Analysis

This study investigates the effects of JQ1S and JQ1R on three latently infected T cell clones: 11B10, BA1, and CA5. We present findings that highlight the fold activation induced by these compounds in the context of latent infection. Understanding how JQ1S and JQ1R modulate T cell responses can provide insight into therapeutic strategies for eradicating HIV reservoirs and improving immune activation. This research contributes to the ongoing efforts to enhance the efficacy of antiviral treatments in individuals with latent viral infections.
