  11. Examine the effects of shadows in regards to water.

  12. Think about framing the light within your composition

  13. Notice how light & shadow play on the water

  14. Look for waters interaction with other objects (people, animals, rocks, etc. ) For How water affects and is affected by It’s environment.

  15. Look close up and study water on leaves, glass, metal, etc.

  16. Try looking into the water for fish, rocks, plant life, discarded bottles or whatever else you may find.

  17. Keep an eye out for things growing in, floating on or underneath the water.
