  4. Lloyd’s of London / AACH MoU Highlights On September 11th 2013 a Memorandum of Understanding between Lloyd’s and the AACH was signed. Its main objectives are: Promote Exchange of Business Facilitate Communication Initiate Possible Joint Projects Address Concerns

  5. Joint Working Commission Agreements To move forward & support the progress of activities carried out under the MoU, AACh and Lloyd's agreed to establish a working group and carry the following projects Information Exchange MOU Bilateral WorkingGroup Coverage & Clauses Cooperation & Concerns

Joint Working Commission Agreements Upon this Lloyd’s and the AACH have agreed on formal procedures and recommendations for; • AACH market information exchange • News Report Update • CAT Data Response Information Exchange • Adapt Clauses to Chilean Regulation • Claims Control Clause • Claims Cooperation Clause • Other TBD Coverage & Clauses • Claims Interpretation • Coverage Interpretation • Knowledge of Coverage • Education Cooperation & Concerns
