There was an order, a sort of instruction, which said to carry out such things, organ transplantation. That is to say, it was not only the military that was doing kidney transplants.   19. Actual Organ Transplants Over 10 Times of Official Figures • Above mentioned are only official published numbers. • WOIPF’s investigation shows actual organ transplants are more than ten times as much. • The next slide lists official numbers, along with WOIPF’s low and high estimates.

  20. Actual Organ Transplants Over 10 Times of Official Figures 96 hospitals are found to perform over 1000 transplants/year. The average is around 2000-3000 cases/year.

Official People’s Daily Online Reported: 1000 Transplant Hospitals In 2015: Ye Qi-fa, acting chairman of China Organ Procurement Organization said, since the Regulations on Human Organ Transplantation were issued in 2007, the number of medical facilities in China that performed transplant operations dropped dramatically from 1000 to 160. By July 10, 2016, WOIPFG’s investigation indicated that as many as 9,519 medical personnel from 891 hospitals in China were suspected of engaging in living organ transplants. 21

  25. Annie & Peter Exposed Sujiatun Death-camp Annie’s ex-husband extracted 2,000 corneas between 2001 and 2003. Nobody ever came out alive. Many of the 6,000 Falun Gong practitioners there died after their kidneys, corneas, skins had been extracted.Their bodies were exterminated. Now still there are about 2,000 Falun Gong practitioners in the hospital. I worry the authorities would distinguish evidence and kill the witnesses.

  26. Senior Military Doctor Revealed Organ Harvesting Live Organ Bank Sujiatun is only one of 36 death-camps in China. The largest camp is in Jilin. Its code number is 672-S, imprisoning over 120,000Falun Gong practitioners.

Testimony of an Armed Guard Who Eyewitnessed Live Organ Harvesting Operation Date: April 9, 2002, Time: The operation began at 5:00pm, ended at 8:00pm Location: in a surgery room on the 15th floor of the General Hospital of Shenyang Military Region The guard saw: A female Falun Gong practitioner in her 30s (she was a teacher)，covered with wounds and scars over her entire body, the result of a week of torture, rape, and force-feeding. Two military doctors, without applying any anesthesia, extracted her heart, kidneys and other organs while she remained fully conscious, cold-bloodedly killing her in the process. 27 http://www.zhuichaguoji.org

Police Zhu Jiabin Admitted to Harvesting and “Selling” Organs From January to June 2016,  WOIPFG’s recording of the killer: Zhu Jiabin, the head of the general department of the CCP’s“610 Office” in Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province, admitted in a high-profile way to live organ harvesting Falun Gong practitioner Gao Yixi. Sounding to be unscrupulous and emboldened in the knowledge of being backed up, he said that he had “sold” Gao’s organs. China’s Organ Transplant Hospitals • Hospitals in all provinces in China • Almost all tertiary hospitals in China (891 out of 1082) • Hospital types: general hospitals, military hospitals, police hospitals, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) hospitals, forensic hospitals, children’s hospitals, and specialist hospitals.

The Medical Paper Records the Operation of a Live Organ Harvesting A medical paper published by Wu Jian and other physicians from Kunming Yan’an Hospital describes the procedure of a heart extraction： The surgical procedure: After the donor (organ provider) entered the operating room, conventional anesthesia and endotracheal intubation procedures were administered; intravenous administration of 1g methylprednisolone and heparin (3mg/Kg) was given to the organ provider. After the anesthesia began taking effect, routine draping procedure was followed using sterile towels. Incision was made in the center and into the chest swiftly using routine surgery procedures. 34

  35. Analysis: The Medical Papers LeaksProofs of Live Organ Harvesting 1. The donor was a living person, because only living people would need anesthesia and intubation. 2. The donor was conscious, as according to the description of the surgical procedure, “after the anesthesia began taking effect, routine draping procedure was followed using sterile towels.” This record indicates that the person had physiological signs (nerve sensory functions and reflexes) to check, to determine whether the anesthesia was effective. 3. The donor had spontaneous breathing, because anesthesia and routine tracheal intubation only took place after the donor entered the operating room. That is to say, before entering the room, he or she could breathe on his or her own without intubation. 4. The organ provider was not brain-dead or in a deep coma, if so, he or she would have required endotracheal intubation and intravenous fluids before entering the room to maintain breathing and heartbeat. 5. The fact that they can write down the murder process and publish it in a medical paper shows that killing has become their routine work, and that they are quite reckless. It also reflects the severity of live organ harvesting by the CCP.

Experts: China’s Liver Transplants More than 3 Times of Official Data • On May 11, 2011, transplant specialist Wu Mengchao said: At present, China performs the most liver transplants in the world. • The U.S. performs 6,000 liver transplants a year. So China performed more than 6,000, yet Chinese government reported only 2,000+ liver cases for all hospitals after 2010. • Accordingly, China’s liver transplants are more than 6,000 ----3 times more than the official number. Experts: Liver Transplants Increased 30 Times in 6 Years 2）He Xiaoshun: “The number of liver transplants nationwide in 2000 was 10 times that of 1999, and by 2005 the number had tripled since 2000” That is a 30-times increase in 6 years.   46. V. A Massive Living Organ Pool 1. Short waiting time: one or two weeks 2. Emergency liver transplants with a kill-on-demand large supply 3. Multiple back-up organs ready for one transplant recipient 4. Hospitals do multiple transplant operations at the same time. A hospital even operated 24 liver/kidney transplants on one day. 5.
