  2. CSWG UPDATE • NPRR 509 Reduced RTM Settlement Time Line • Starting with April 1, 2013 OD, initial settlement statements are posted after 8 days. • CSWG/ERCOT scheduled weekly WEBEX calls every Monday at 3:00 pm to discuss and raise any issues observed during the transition from 9 to 7 days. • So far no major issues are observed. • No impact on ERCOT Staff’s time or processes. • More issues may be observed when we switch to 7 days beginning OD August 1, 2013. (ERCOT will have to push their data aggregation date one date earlier.) • ERCOT Staff keeps track of all the issues raised and solutions in an Excel spreadsheet, link below (under key documents) • http://www.ercot.com/committees/board/tac/cops/cswg/ • Please encourage your back office & settlement staff to participate in the weekly calls.

  3. CSWG UPDATE cont. • Synchronization of Dispute Timeline and MarkeTrak • Reviewed Load Disputes Associated with Data Extract Variances. • Reviewed protocol language (section 9.14). • Emphasis will be on managing Load disputes in the MarkeTrak timelines and providing a fail-safe for QSEs representing load with Data Extract Variances that take time to resolve. • An NPRR will be developed by CSWG to clarify the protocol language.

  4. NON-REGISTERED DG INSTALLED CAPACITY REPORT 2013 Q1 • Current DG registration threshold equals 1MW • Report includes un-registered DG above 50kW and equal to or below the DG registration threshold • Installed capacity limit per load zone equals 10 MW • Click here for this report on ERCOT website.
