Notice of Revision Requests Rejected • NPRR667, Ancillary Service Redesign Rejected • NPRR667 was intended to improve Regulation-Up Service and Regulation-Down Service and replace Non-Spinning Reserve (Non-Spin) and Responsive Reserve Service (RRS) Ancillary Services with a combination of four new Ancillary Services, Fast Frequency Response Service (FFRS), Primary Frequency Response Service (PFRS), Contingency Reserve Service (CRS) and Supplemental Reserve Service (SRS) • NPRR751, Clarifications for Distributed Generation (DG) Resources Rejected • NPRR751 would have updated the definition of DG and create a definition for Aggregate Distributed Generation (ADG) 3

ROS Report • Impact Analysis for Parking Deck NOGRR050, Resolution of Reporting Issues Related to NPRR219Approved at TAC and Board • Removes the requirement for ERCOT to produce several reports related to Outage Scheduling form the current Nodal Operating Guide and grey-boxes until ERCOT’s systems can be modified to include only the TSP’s Outages in the reports 4

WMS Report • VCMRR009, Calculation of the Minimum Requirements Fee Approved • VCMRR014, Revise Fuel Adder Factor for Coal and Lignite Resources –URGENT Approved • Resets generic fuel adder for coal-fired and lignite-fired Resources to $1.10/MMBtu • Joint ROS/WMS Workshop on RMR and Regional Haze • Held May 24th • ERCOT Staff will take the lead to create draft revision requests 6

RMS Report • RMGRR136, Switch Hold Removal Process Clarifications Approved • RMGRR137, Timeline and Completion Process for Correcting Customer Billing Contact Information Files – URGENT Approved • ERCOT and SMT AMS Data Processes Workshop • Held May 23rd • PUCT looking at what data flows might look like if ERCOT were to take over all or part of the SMT functionality • Proposal for ERCOT to provide file data to SMT, as opposed to taking over ownership • Scheduled to be on the PUCT’s June 8th Open Meeting agenda 7

COPS Report • COPMGRR041, Updates to Market Notice Communication Process Approved • COPMGRR042, Update to COPS Organizational Structure, Creation of MDWG and Updates to PWG responsibilities Approved • First Quarter 2016 Non-Registered DG Installed Capacity and Current DG Registration Threshold Update • Market Data Transparency Workshop Update • Held May 20th • MDWG will take the lead going forward 8

  9. ERCOT • Appeal of NPRR667, Ancillary Service Redesign Rejected • NPRR667, Ancillary Service Redesign, was rejected by the PRS at their May 12, 2016, meeting. ERCOT subsequently appealed the rejection of NPRR667 to the TAC. Dan Woodfin presented in support of ERCOT’s appeal and Amanda Frazier, PRS Chair, presented on behalf of the PRS. • 2016 Ancillary Service Methodology/Reserve Discount Factor Approved • Hidalgo-Star Planning Group Project Endorsed • Valley Import Planning Group Project Endorsed • Lubbock Power and Light (LP&L) Integration Study • Information only; Study requested by the PUCT • Market Continuity Workshop • Held May 2nd • The WMS will take the lead going forward 9
