  1. May 3, 2016Retail Market Subcommittee Update to COPS Kathy Scott

Revision Requests Tabled at RMS: • RMGRR132, NOIE Disconnect and Reconnect Process: • Tom Burke (submitter) provided status report that RMGRR132 may be replaced by draft NPRR being submitted by Taylor Woodruff (Oncor). • Tom also stated he will know more later after the NPRR works its way through the approval process if the RMGRR needs to be re-written to synch with new Protocol language or withdrawn. • With Taylor’s assistance, Tom will take the lead in guiding this new NPRR through the approval process at RMS, WMS and PRS, and if still needed new RMGRR language. RMS Voting Recommendations: • NPRR753 and RMGRR134 (Vote): • Both Revisions Request Allows an AMS Data Submittal Process for TDSP- Read Non-Modeled Generators • 04/05/16 RMS: Both were ‘Tabled’ at RMS due to data privacy and data confidentiality concerns that were identified by the Joint TDSPs. • 05/03/16 RMS: NPRR753 received Unanimous Approval the associated RMGRR134 was Approved with 5 Abstentions from Consumer and IOU Segments. • 6/7/16 RMS will review and consider the Impact Analysis RMS Update to COPS

TX Data Transport & MTK Systems (TDTMS) • RMGRR136, Switch Hold Removal Process Clarifications (Vote) • Clarifies supporting documentation requirements submitted by CRs when requesting removal of a switch hold by the TDSP • RMS Unanimously Approved RMGRR136 and Impact Analysis (IA), both will require TAC approval on 5/26/16 • TDTMS EDM Data Transport Implementation Guide Revisions • These changes were needed due to file name changes that are being implemented in July with RMGRR126 • RMS Unanimously Approved • Performed final review of SCR786 – “Retail Testing Environment” Business Requirements. • Project number assigned by ERCOT is “192-01”. Texas SET Working Group (TX SET) • Draft NPRR, Clarifications to New ESI ID Creation Process (Vote) • Unanimous Approval for Submittal to Revision listserv • Draft NPRR, Modifications to Date Change and Cancellation Evaluation Window (Vote) • Unanimous Approval for Submittal to Revision listserv • Draft RMGRR, Update Retail Market Guide to align with NPRRXX (Vote) • Unanimous Approval for Submittal to Revision listserv • RMGRR137, Timeline and Completion Process for Correcting Customer Billing Contact Information Files • Unanimous Approval of Language Revisions with an Urgent Status. Approval is needed during May or NLT the June TAC mtg. RMS Update to COPS
