Revision Requests Voting • RMGRR146, Retail Market Guide Revision Request Process (Vote) • This Retail Market Guide Revision Request (RMGRR) expands the list of RMGRRs requiring ERCOT Board approval and provides additional clarifications to the RMGRR process. • These process changes were discussed at the 8/25/16 TAC/TAC Subcommittee Structural and Procedural Review, the 9/29/16 TAC meeting, and the 10/10/16 HR & Governance Committee meeting. • http://ercot.com/content/wcm/key_documents_lists/117469/146RMGRR-01_Retail_Market_Guide_Revision_Request_Process_012617.doc • Motion to Approve RMGRR146 was Unanimous • Note: This vote will require TAC’s Approval during their May 24th meeting. TX SET Change Control Voting • 5/2/17: Motion to Approve Amending Change Control 2017-805 and 2017-806 from “Version 4.0” to state “a Future Release” as recommended by TX SET • Change Control 2017-805 – Special Characters (Vote) • Updates made to all the TX SET Implementation Guides to allow the receiver of the transaction containing Special Characters to determine to either accept the transaction or to respond with a valid rejection. • Unanimously Approved • Change Control 2017-806 – MOU/EC TDSP Standardization (Vote) • Updates made to all of the TX SET Implementation Guides to replace “MCTDSP” with “MOU/EC TDSP”. • Unanimously Approved May 10, 2017 RMS Update to COPS

Working Group/Taskforces Updates • Texas Data Transport and MarkeTrak Systems (TDTMS) • TDTMS and MIS Change Visibility Subgroup Combining Commercial and Retail Efforts : • Jim Lee (TDTMS’ Chair) extended an invite to MIS Change Management (MDWG Subgroup) leadership and its attendees to attend TDTMS since their concerns and issues voiced at RMS are the same where both teams should share and combine efforts to develop market-wide lessons learned. • Next TDTMS meeting: • May 17th, 2017 9:30am – HALF DAY ONLY • In-person @ ERCOT MET Center and WebEx • TDTMS Agenda Items: • Finalize Retail Market Test Environment User Guide • ERCOT Release/Upgrade Lessons Learned RMS Update to COPS
