  1. July 11, 2017Retail Market Subcommittee (RMS)Update to COPS Kathy Scott

  2. Revision Requests Voting • RMGRR132, NOIE Disconnect and Reconnect Process (Vote) • This Retail Market Guide Revision Request (RMGRR) provides Non Opt-In Entities (NOIEs) with the ability to disconnect retail Customers for non-payment by integrating them into Section 7.6, Disconnect and Reconnect for Non-Payment Process. It also exempts NOIEs from the Texas Standard Electronic Transaction (TXSET) process if they utilize it less than 25 times per month http://www.ercot.com/mktrules/issues/RMGRR132#keydocs • This RMGRR has been Tabled at RMS since August 4, 2015 and RMS leadership felt the July meeting was an opportunity to receive some direction from the submitter and/or Market Participants on the validity of these changes that would allow us to vote to Approve, continue to Table or Reject RMGRR132. • RMS discussed comments received from Oncor along with GSEC provided their comments in response to Oncor’s position. Since the Submitter wasn’t available to discuss his comments or answer any RMS questions during the July meeting, RMS supported Submitter’s Request to continue Tabling RMGRR132 for a month. • Motion to Table until the September 2017 RMS meeting was Unanimous RMS Update to COPS

This Retail Market Guide Revision Request (RMGRR) can take effect upon Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) approval. • 7/10/17: Oncor Comments adds additional process clarification that was omitted from the initial TX SET version. • Motion to Approve RMGRR149 with Oncor’s comments was Unanimous • Note: This vote will require TAC’s Approval during their July 27th meeting RMS Update to COPS
