RMS Voting Recommendation: • RMGRR138, Revision to Oncor’s Requirement for REPs to Send Prepay ESI ID Lists: • This Retail Market Guide Revision Request (RMGRR) removes the requirement for Retail Electric Providers (REPs) serving prepay Customers to provide a weekly list of prepay Electric Service Identifiers (ESI IDs) to Oncor and replaces it with a requirement to provide the prepay ESI ID list upon request by Oncor. • 6/7/16 RMS(Vote): RMS voted Unanimously to “Approve” RMGRR138 along with the Impact Analysis that reflects No Cost Impacts to ERCOT. This RMGRR will be effective upon TAC’s Approval. • 7/28/16 TAC (Vote): TAC Unanimously Approved RMGRR138 process changes were effective on 08/01/16 RMS Update to TAC

  3. 8/2/16 RMS Voting Conducted: • NPRR753 and RMGRR134, Allow AMS Data Submittal Process for TDSP-Read Non-Modeled Generators: • This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) and Retail Market Guide Revision Request allows the option of using the Advanced Metering System (AMS) data submittal process for all Transmission and/or Distribution Provider (TDSP)-read Non-Modeled Generators; and requires an Interval Data Recorder (IDR) Meter for Block Load Transfer (BLT) metering points registered for Settlements in accordance with Section 6.5.9.5.1, Registration and Posting of BLT Points. • 6/7/16 RMSImpact Analysis Review (Vote): RMS voted to “Table” RMGRR134’s Impact Analysis along with a recommendation asking PRS to “Table” NPRR753 for a month. • 6/16/16 PRS Impact Analysis Review (Vote): Agreed to “Table “NPRR753 as Recommended by RMS • 8/2/16 RMS Impact Analysis Review (Vote): • Unanimously Endorsed NPRR753 • RMS’ NPRR 753 Recommendation will be submitted to PRS for their August 11th meeting. • Approved RMGRR134 with a 2017 Priority and Rank of 1810(4 Abstentions) RMS Update to COPS

  4. 8/2/16 RMS Voting Conducted: • NPRR778 and RMGRR139, Modifications to Date Changes and Cancellations: • This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) and Retail Market Guide Revision Request (RMGRR) modifies the evaluation window for date changes and a cancellation currently performed by ERCOT systems; and removes the one Retail Business Day evaluation window for date changes and cancellations in order to replace manual processes with transactional solutions.. • 6/7/16 RMS(Vote): RMS voted Unanimously to “Endorse” NPRR778 and Unanimously “Approved” RMGRR139. Impact Analysis review of NPRR778 and RMGRR139 planned for the August 2nd RMS meeting. • 6/16 and 7/14 PRS (Vote): Language Approved but IA was requested to be “Tabled” • 8/2/16 RMS Impact Analysis Review (Vote): • Unanimously Endorsed NPRR778 with a 2016 Priority and Rank of 1700 • RMS’ NPRR778 Recommendation will be submitted to PRS for their August 11th meeting. • Unanimously Approved RMGRR139with TX SET’s 6/28/16 Comments.   5. 8/2/16 RMS Voting Conducted: • NPRR772, Clarification of Process for Transmission Outages Related to a Service Disconnection Request for a Generation Resource (Vote) • This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) clarifies that the Planned Outage for Transmission Facilities process outlined in ERCOT Protocols Section 3.1, Outage Coordination, will be used for the scenario where an authorized disconnection of services is requested of a Transmission and/or Distribution Service Provider (TDSP) for a Generation Resource. This does not place any additional requirements on any Market Participant • 8/2/16 RMS Language Review (Vote): Unanimously Recommended that PRS continue to “Table “NPRR 772. • RMS is awaiting TX SET’s review and recommendations. • RMGRR132, NOIE Disconnect and Reconnect Process • This Retail Market Guide Revision Request (RMGRR) provides Non Opt-In Entities (NOIEs) with the ability to disconnect retail Customers for non-payment by integrating them into Section 7.6, Disconnect and Reconnect for Non-Payment Process. • 8/2/16 RMS Status: Continued to be Tabled at RMS • RMS awaiting TX SET’s review and recommendations in conjunction with NPRR772.   6. 8/2/16 RMS Voting Conducted: • RMGRR140, Efficiencies for Acquisition Transfer Process: • This Retail Market Guide Revision Request (RMGRR) allows ERCOT added flexibility to execute an Acquisition Transfer in an expedited manner in an attempt to prevent a Mass Transition event • 6/7/16 RMS(Vote): RMS voted Unanimously to “Approve” RMGRR140. • 8/2/16 RMS Impact Analysis Review (Vote): Unanimously Approved • RMGRR141, Clarifying Procedures for Market Participants During an Extended Unplanned System Outage: • This Retail Market Guide Revision Request (RMGRR) clarifies procedures during an extended unplanned system outage.  • 6/7/16 RMS(Vote): RMS voted Unanimously to “Approve” RMGRR141. • 8/2/16 RMS Impact Analysis Review (Vote): Unanimously Approved RMS Update to COPS
