Voting Items LPGRR057, Alignment with NPRR781, Updates to Nodal Protocol Section 18, Load Profiling, to Align with Current Market Processes • With the proliferation of Advanced Metering Systems (AMS) in the ERCOT market, this LPGRR provides a comprehensive review of the Load Profiling Guide (LPG) and makes the following changes: • Updates language to clarify purpose and definitions; • Updates current processes and methodologies; and • Removes outdated processes and practices. Request to table LPGRR057, pending Board consideration of NPRR781, Updates to Nodal Protocol Section 18, Load Profiling, to Align with Current Market Processes

IT Report Service Availability – August 2016 • Market Data Transparency IT systems met all SLA targets Incidents & Maintenance – August 2016 • 08/16/16 – Planned Maintenance (Site Failover – MPIM, Retail API) • 08/17/16 – Planned Maintenance (Site Failover – External Web Services) • 08/18/16 – Planned Maintenance (Site Failover – MIS) • 08/24/16 – Unplanned Maintenance (MIS, MPIM, Retail API) due to an authentication issue • 08/25/16, 08/29/16 – Unplanned and Planned Maintenance (Site Failover – Publishing and downloading of reports and extracts through the MIS, External Web Services) due to an EMMS network issue • 08/25/16, 08/29/16 – The following reports posted with duplicate and inaccurate data sets for a brief period of time; The postings were removed

Market Data Working Group (MDWG) MIS Change Visibility • MDWG continues work with ERCOT Data Strategy Leadership to improve MIS change visibility Upcoming MIS Changes • R4 (Implemented September 2016) • Correction for zeroes instead of null values in 60-day SCED GRD report • Changes in several link names • Change to disclaimer language on Indicative LMP display • R5 (November 2016) • MIS Link changes • 2021 GINR Screening, Steady-State, Short-Circuit and Facilities Reports • 2021 GINR Stability and SSO Reports • 2017 Regional Transmission Plan Postings • Outage Scheduler Equipment List MOTE • R6 (December 2016) • Load Forecast Distribution Factor Report – Change to event-driven schedule, rather than hourly

  5. Profiling Working Group (PWG) Unregistered DG Reporting • Endorsed LPGRR057 with PWG edits to remove the two proposed Storage related columns from the Unregistered DG Report in Appendix D, Profile Decision Tree • The report will continue to be used by ERCOT Load Profiling Department only; If ERCOT System Planning & Reliability Departments need additional DG/DER/Storage reporting, a separate effort will be required to ensure data submittal is not duplicated and to evaluate ways to consolidate DG reporting

  6. COPS 2017 Meeting Schedule • COPS accepts the 2017 Draft Block Meeting Schedule (Generally the second Wednesday of the month) • COPS will hold their first WebEx Only meeting next month, on October 12, 2017, as a trial • COPS may target alternating face-to-face and WebEx meetings in 2017
