  3. Permits issued and wells drilled • 21 permits issued in 2011. • All permits to drill for oil. • 10 wells drilled in 2011. • 6 permits to drill for oil in 2012.

  4. 2011 – 150 producing oil wells Harding County – 136 Fall River/Custer County - 14

  5. Barrels of oil produced 2011 – 1,613,982 bbls Harding County (Red River Formation) – 1,588,632 bbls Fall River/Custer County (Minnelusa Formation) – 25,350 bbls 2012 – 453,985 bbls (through March)

  6. 2011 – 98 producing gas wells

  7. 2011 – 932,541 MCF 2012- 187,524 MCF (through March) All production from the Eagle/Shannon sandstone

  8. South Dakota School and Public Lands Auction • Fall 2011 auction – Bedrock Oil & Gas leased the mineral rights to approximately 65,320 acres of School and Public Lands. • Spring 2012 auction – Bedrock Oil & Gas (ROC Oil & Gas Land Management) leased the mineral rights to an additional 74,650 acres. • Harding, Butte and Perkins Counties (NW South Dakota). • Information on auctions and leases can be found at http://www.sdpubliclands.com/
