Cas 10 Mme MTM • 48 ans, consulte pour masse apparue récemment, auto-découverte • EP: induration diffuse QSE gauche mal délimitée +/- 3 cm avec ggl axillaires suspects • MX: seins denses, image comparable 1 an auparavant mais surdensité QSE gauche • US: zone d’absorption non-significative +/- 1 cm même région

  2. Cas 10 Mme MTM • FNAC & biopsie TC (lame 10 A) ds QSE gauche guidée par palpation et US • TC: tissu mammaire fibreux, normal (B2) • FNAC: cellules galactophores malignes (C5) • Mastectomie avec curage axillaire

  6. Cas 10 Conclusion • Mastectomie gauche avec curage axillaire (lames 10 B & C) • Lymphangite carcinomateuse déterminée par un épithélioma canalaire invasif de 1 cm, Gr II. • Envahissement métastatique massif du creux axillaire
