  1. 2 Chronicles 7:1-11 Godly Giving When Solomon had finished praying, fire came down from heaven and consumed the burnt offering and the sacrifices; and the glory of the Lord filled the temple. 2 And the Sunday University

  28. CONTEXT The foundation for the Temple laid 480 years after Israel comes out of Egypt, Solomon’s 4th year as third king of Israel. 1012 BC – 3702 after creation (Monday, May 21)

  29. CONTEXT The 11TH year of Solomon’s reign in the eighth month, Temple furnishing completed. Took 7 years, 6 months to finish. Dedication postponed until autumn next year; The 9th Jubilee 1005 BC – 3709 after creation

  30. CONTEXT The 9TH JUBILEE OPENED THE 4TH Millennium of the world; called the 5TH AGE OF THE WORLD. 1004 BC – 3710 after creation The first time the ARK of God’s PRESENCE was placed in the Temple.

  31. CONTEXT The 9TH JUBILEE, the 8th DAY OF THE 7TH MONTH, was the first of a 7-day dedication. Feast of Atonement would be held on the 10th day. 1004 BC – 3710 after creation

  36. BLESSING MANAGEMENT A BLESSING IS NOT ALWAYS AN ACCOMPLISHMENT FOR GOD’S KINGDOM. DAVID HAD MADE THE ACCOMPLISHMENTS SOLOMON RECEIVED, THE BLESSING.

  37. BLESSING MANAGEMENT GREAT ACCOMPLISHMENTS are achieved in our lives when we ALIGN our thinking with God’s thinking. THE CHURCH IS NOT TIME BOUND NOR IS IT BOUND BY SPACE!

  38. 2 CHRON. 7:4-7 Then the king and all the people offered sacrifices before the Lord. 5 King Solomon offered a sacrifice of twenty-two thousand bulls and one hundred Sunday University

  39. 2 CHRON. 7:4-7 and twenty thousand sheep. So the king and all the people dedicated the house of God. 6 And the priests attended to their services; the Levites Sunday University

  44. BLESSING MANAGEMENT A PROPER RESPONSE TO GOD’S BLESSING IS TO BLESS GOD BY GIVING YOUR BLESSINGS BACK TO HIS KINGDOM.

  45. BLESSING MANAGEMENT GREAT ACCOMPLISHMENTS happen in the community of Christ when we recognize the power of prayer that our forefathers devoted to our present. We should imitate that devotion for our future!

  46. 2 CHRON. 7:8-11 At that time Solomon kept the feast seven days, and all Israel with him, a very great assembly from the entrance of Hamath to the Brook of Sunday University
