  1. Erica Desai Dedicated Healthcare Worker Erica Desai is a young healthcare professional living in Richmond, Virginia. She began her healthcare career by volunteering for the Cardio-Pulmonary and Cardiology departments at the heart center of a large hospital, which is a specialized care center focusing on the cardiovascular system. She excelled as a volunteer, and eventually was hired to work in the heart center professionally. Desai loves working in the healthcare field because it gives her the opportunity to help others on a daily basis, and the work is consistently very interesting and exciting.

  2. Erica Desai Passionate Volunteer Erica Desai is a professional healthcare worker who is very involved with volunteering in her spare time. She volunteers for BAPS.org, which is an organization that promotes community growth and well-being through Hindu practices and philosophies. She has also been a counselor for the Vraj Camp in Pennsylvania as well as Vallabh Youth, which are two Hindu organizations that work with youth and teens. Desai also volunteered in health care before moving into professional work.

  3. Erica Desai Cooking Enthusiast Erica Desai is a healthcare worker based in Richmond, Virginia who loves to cook and bake in her spare time. She learned to cook from her family members when she was a teenager, and has been passionate about it ever since. Desai particularly loves cooking for her friends and family members, and hosts dinner parties where she can show off her skills. She also brings baked goods to work for her co-workers to enjoy. Desai also finds that by making her own meals, she can enjoy a healthier lifestyle.

She is particularly interested in art, and loves to draw and paint. She also loves music, and has been singing since she was very young. She finds that these creative outlets are a great way to relieve stress, in addition to being fun activities to pursue after work. She also volunteers with kids and teens through the Vraj Camp and Vallabh Youth, where she helps them to be creative as well.
