Spring Athletics Highlights of the season include: • Junior Boys Rugby -2nd place in Lower Mainlands • Senior Boys Rugby– playing Lower Mainlands on Thursday • Golf Team– NS Finals on Wednesday, then likely to Abbotsford for Provincial Championships. • Ultimate Team-placed in the North Shore Championships • Track and Field team in the Provincial Championships on Tuesday.

June 2016 calendar Last Day of Regular Classes (attendance taken) Grades 8-12 Tuesday, June 21, 2016 Provincial Exams – June 22-27, 2015 Grades 10, 11, 12 Instructional Opportunities - (optional; no attendance taken) Grades 8-12 Monday, June 27 – Tuesday, June 28 These will include provincial exam tutorials, course completion, graduation requirement completion and various enrichment activities. Additional information on specific activities will be provided at a later date once plans are finalized. Rockridge Awards Ceremony – Tuesday, June 28, 2016; 6:30 pm Report Cards & Yearbook distribution – Wednesday, June 29, 2016 Grades 8-12
June 2016 Calendar Wednesday, June 22nd – Friday, June 24this allocated to final course work and graduation requirement completion. If students have received an “I” or “In Progress” Report, they have the opportunity to complete this course work. Teachers will inform their classes if drop-in tutorial sessions for some provincial exams are offered on these days in addition to those already scheduled the following week. Student attendance is optional. *Optional Instructional Opportunities will be available for students in Grades 8-12. These may include provincial exam tutorials, graduation requirement completion and various activities. Additional information on specific instructional opportunities will be provided. Student attendance is optional.
June Report Cards will be available on a parent portal • Instructions for logging in as well as information sessions will be available for parents • Honour Roll 2016-2017 will be under review to reflect IB Assessment practices (criteria will reflect levels instead of %)
